Scott Lawrence (Co-Owner) - 30 years of mining and leadership experience. Scott is a 3rd generation coal miner. He started his coal mining career in 1990 as an equipment operator, working his way up to face boss and then to mine manager.
Keith Hawkins (Co-Owner)-25 years of mining experience. Keith begun his career as a mine laborer and worked his way to Mine Manager. Keith has an extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Safety Compliance. Keith and Scott have worked together to successfully to complete thousands of projects
Kathy Stevens (Office Manager)-Kathy has worked 15yrs in the mining industry. She has a broad knowledge of payroll and accounting procedures. She works closely with our clients to verify statement accuracy and accountability.
